• Employs active voice
   

• Concerns, needs, and desires of end users clearly depicted and addressed
   

• Short and medium length sentences
   

• A minimum of adjectives
   

• Logical narrative
   

• Helps reader draw the desired conclusion
   

• Asks the reader to take action
   

• Clearly states the benefits of the product or service
   

• Opens and closes strong
